Steven got a very good negotiation skill to push the price. He called every single potential buyer and draw their interest until they give an good offer. He also got good instinct to tell which buyer would offer the highest then let them offer the best they can. And haven’t seen such a hard worker like him, you can all him 24/7 to solve out the problem.
