Stewart was welcoming and was approachable. Easy to talk to and felt that he genuinely cared and willing to help no matter what questions we had. I felt he was very open and provided a good and clear explanation which was very appreciated as we are FHB and didn’t know too much detail on how everything works. He would follow up with us just to see how we were feeling and if we need anything. Also had a few hiccups along the cooling off period and he was very helpful and understood our predicament.
