Stewart understands the market and his guidance was exceptional helping us to secure a prompt sale within the range that we agreed was appropriate to the property and its location. We've used Stewart several times and value his integrity and excellent customer service.

Stewart displayed an excellent knowledge of the market and advised us perfectly. He was extremely helpful in organising assistance to prepare our house for sale and made what was a difficult time for my family much easier.

We found Stewart to be an excellent communicator and he made the process very smooth. He was prompt, helpful and knowledgable.

Stewart worked extremely hard to sell our property. He kept in touch at all times and gave feedback from all open houses and prospective buyers. Stewart offered advice based on his knowledge and experience in the area in order to help us achieve the best result. He never gave up on us. I would highly recommend Stewart to anyone looking at Listing their property.

When we decided to sell our property Stewart was without doubt the most professional and trustworthy estate agent we engaged with. What we appreciated about the whole process was his quiet confidence and honesty. We put our trust in Stewart to guide us through the process and were thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend Stewart and the team at McGrath.

My property was sold within a week of being on the market. Stewart kept me informed during the whole process, provided sound advice pre- sale and was always promptly available when I reached out to him. I would absolutely recommend Stewart.

Thank you Stewart. Stewart and I were not strangers to each other. I have worked with him on a previous sale where he set extremely high benchmarks for great service and support. Stewart did not disappoint this time around and exceeded our expectations. Over the years Stewart has maintained a strong connection with us. He brought us insights to the market and ultimately helped guide some of our decisions from an informed position. When it was time to go to market, Stewart pulled off the impossible and had us be fully visable to the market in under a week. He navigated our complexities in a clam and solution focussed way. An absolute super human effort on timings and sold our house after the first open house. The entire McGrath team were behind him and they were all through the property to give their customer the best appraisal and opportunity to buy the home we loved. Contact Stewart Lamont, his knowledge and overall value for money is beyond reproach. Thank you Stewart and thank you McGrath.

Stewart was professional and very communicative throughout the buying process. He was super friendly, honest and always willing to help. Thanks Stewart!

Stewart was welcoming and was approachable. Easy to talk to and felt that he genuinely cared and willing to help no matter what questions we had. I felt he was very open and provided a good and clear explanation which was very appreciated as we are FHB and didn’t know too much detail on how everything works. He would follow up with us just to see how we were feeling and if we need anything. Also had a few hiccups along the cooling off period and he was very helpful and understood our predicament. We never felt judged, belittle or that we were asking too much. We still waiting for settlement but I feel ok because of Stewart.

Stewart is 100% professional. We really appreciated his knowledge and guidance throughout the sale. One thing we really noticed about Stewart is how honest and trustworthy he is. He is responsive yet patient as this was quite an emotional sale. Thank you so much.

We're very happy that we chose Stewart to sell our home. During what was a very stressful time, his relaxed, friendly and patient approach was exactly what was needed. He clearly knows the market, and his predictions regarding pricing, time frames and level of buyer interest were absolutely spot on. We definitely recommend Stewart!

Working with Stewart at McGrath Blaxland was a pleasure. His attention to detail was second to none. He made selling our property easy. From the start he had a solid plan in place and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise in the local market, our property sold faster than we ever imagined.
