Stewart and his team set out our path of action before the unit went on the market, we did a partial renovation, including painting and carpeting as well as having the property "staged" so that we had great presentation. Stewart had a couple of people waiting to buy this style of unit, and when it was listed, he got them through as well as doing several open houses. He recommended that we do not accept the First offer ( which we didn't ), and in the end, we achieved a very good offer which we were delighted to accept. The way that Stewart and his team went about this, we believe, generated a much higher selling price for us, and was a job extremely WELL DONE !
