Our unit was sold by C21 after an extended time due to the tenants not displaying the home to its potential. Sadly we were recommended the wrong tenants who were supposed to be wonderful tenants. We accepted the recommendation and suffered the consequences . Fortunately Stewart Maloney worked overtime to re home these tenants which eventually made the sale of the unit a happen. Stewart did what he said he would do. Thanks to Stewart for putting in the hard yards to eventually sell our unit. A lesson learnt here , as we had to sacrifice a higher selling price due to below average tenants who had our unit looking more like a storage facility than a comfortable home.
