Great real estate agent!

Stewart did a fantastic job selling our townhouse in Caringbah, going above and beyond what is usually expected of a real estate agent – he purchased and changed every light globe, arranged urgent pressure washing of pavers, liaised with the strata manager and contractors for repairs, and managed a smooth handover with the property manager after the tenancy ended. We already thought he was doing a great job, and THEN he got a signed contract two days after the first open house at a price well above our expectations! No high-pressure sales pitch just a very decent and genuine person – we highly recommend Stewart and his team! And Jolie is his excellent sidekick - friendly, efficient communication and coordination.
