Hi Stewart, Thank you for your work on selling and getting a good price for 90 Norfolk. Overall we were happy with performance however felt let down at the very end about lawn mowing and cleaning. I had moved out 5 days prior to settlement at which time I had cleaned (including steam cleaning tiles and wooden floors) at that time and of course after moving dust would settle. Had been aware that the house had to be spotless on the day of settlement I would have returned to do it myself rather than pay an over the top price for cleaning. Same with the lawns which had been cut only the week before moving out at much cheaper rate. Regards Ruth Campey
