What an experience! "Jump in with two feet and flounder!" NO WAY! We were very carefully lead through step by step. And by the way - I have no car at present and was visited with both Stuart and his Staff on a regular basis - so much appreciated. As the 'climate' has slowed Stuart had to work hard to sell the property; my Family & I were proud of front Staffing and also their clean work ethics. I would and already have recommended Buckingham & Co and will continue without hesitation. A very big thank you to all involved. mm

I chose Stuart and the agency as I purchased of them 17 years ago. From the beginning we received the best advice based on the experience and the knowledge of Stuart. The staff were attentive, and followed through with any requests and queries. And always in a professional manner. The auction went off like a dream, and we received a satisfactory result. We had a small glitch regarding settlement, but Stuart was on the ball and it was rectified immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Stuart and the agency at all.

We recently sold our house through Buckingham & Co Greensborough and the result was beyond our wildest expectations. 137 bids at the auction! Stuart Buckingham was fabulous, as was Ashley Maggs who put in so much ground work for us throughout the campaign and always kept us informed. Kate Snape - Client Services at the office made sure everything ran smoothly and as we were promised from day 1. Great effort from the whole team. Thanks heaps, Matt & Narelle Maguire.

It has been a pleasure dealing with the Buckingham Estate Agent team. We were well informed & advised during the whole campaign. From our first meeting with Stuart we felt confident that he had our best interest at heart & we would achieve the best outcome for the sale of our property. Special thanks to Ashley Maggs (Sales Consultant) who was always approachable, friendly & very professional. He answered 'many' questions with honesty & gave us thorough feedback following open house inspections. We would like to thank Kate Snape for all her behind the scenes work & communication to us, installing our confidence throughout the sales campaign. Thanks heaps we thoroughly recommend your company. Cheers Maryanne & Neil Taylor

As a representative of my Brother's Estate, I sold his house through Buckingham and Company Estate Agents. From the start Stuart and his staff worked hard to get above market value at Auction. I would have no hesitation in using them again, and indeed would recommend them to anybody.

From the very start, the experience we were given by Stuart Buckingham was exceptional. The price range he quoted for the value of the house in the beginning was spot on, he did not try to "get us in" by over quoting a price. All the times that he came into our home, it felt like an old friend coming around for a chat, not a typical agent chasing your money. He made time to talk about how we were going with life in general, spoke to the kids when he needed and made us feel completely comfortable and at ease with the whole process. The team at Buckingham are the most professional I have dealt with, from reception directing our calls promptly and answering the phone with a smile, to Kate going above and beyond right through the whole campaign. Even after the house sold, there were weekly phone calls asking if there was anything further they could do for us and general chit chat about how our house hunting was going. I couldn't recommend a team of people to sell my house more highly.

Everyone on the team was friendly, incredibly helpful & communicative, especially Troy. Stuart delivered an amazing result on auction day. Very Pleased. Thanks again!

Stuart made the whole experience simple and hassle-free by organizing contacts for everything like the photography, stylist and legals. It felt like we were being looked after. There was immediate buyers waiting to be shown before the house was advertised, with progress reviews of buyers' interest throughout the campaign. But most importantly we got a great price; well over a what was seen as a challenging reserve.

Stuart is approachable and negotiable. He delivered the sale in a short timeframe and to expectation. He understood our budget and need for cost control. The sale price was within the discussed price range and I'm sure he satisfied both the buyers and sellers needs. Stuart and his team know their market and deliver the goods. As soon as we met with Stuart, he was right on to the job of selling. We have no issues in recommending the services of Stuart and his team in all things Real Estate.

Stuart Buckingham and Sue Stone just sold another house for us! Great service. Excellent communication. Great experience and knowledge of the industry and the game. Great result to boot! :D

Have always been very impressed with Buckingham Real Estate. Agent maintains continuous contact throughout sale, all queries and questions are promptly attended to and a fantastic sales result is proof in the pudding. Well done sir, thankyou for professional service.

Stuart and staff ensured we marketed our property in the best way to attract the best price. We were very satisfied with their knowledge, attention to detail, communications and, importantly, auctioning skills. The whole selling process was stress-free for us. Highly recommended.
