Email syntax is extremely unprofessional. On average a wait time of a week for email communication, with several calls required throughout the day, and not succinct. Does not respond to messages left on answering machine. His only redeeming quality is his knowledge of the property market.
I highly recommend Stuart Buckingham and the team at Buckingham realestate.. After having a VERY bad experience at the start of last year, with a different agent, my confidence with real estate agents was nonexistent. After deciding to try again after 15 months, we then had a meeting with Stuart. From the onset my husband and I knew he was a down to earth honest guy. There was no Bull Sh@t, with Stuart. No trying to talk the property up to us, no trying to oversell why we should choose him. He was just HONEST!! (Which I think is hard to find in a realestate agent). So after putting our trust with him we finally sold our 3 bedroom townhouse in Monty, for a price that was above our expectations...
