True professionalism

From the get go Stuart was very upfront with what I could possibly get for my house if I did nothing to it or if I gave it a bit of a spruce up. He was spot on. Stuart put me on to campaign agent so I could improve the property & again they were amazing. The campaign saw an incredible amount of people visit the property, no stone unturned. It went to auction & Stuart used every bit of his experience to get me a good price for my house & while it would have been nice to get a little more it went for a fair amount when the bidding started out with a low low ball bid. As a woman selling a house I was always treated with respect & genuine caring & I could call Stuart & his team if I had any question or concerns. My house settled this week & the settlement was smooth & now that chapter is closed & o to the new one. I couldn’t recommend Stuart & his team highly enough. I would give the whole team more stars if I could.
