Stuart provided excellent communication between us and the vendor and was very helpful in the negotiation process in advice on suggested offers even though we felt he was favouring the vendor. But that was his job. Stuart was very friendly and provided answers to all our inquiries.

After initial negotiation with Stuart (who was polite and knowledgeable) we were then handed over to an assistant so its hard to rate accurately. A beautiful gift basket awaited when we received the keys which was a great touch. Would deal with Stuart again but feel some further dealings with him in person would have been appreciated.
