I would highly recommend Stuart to anyone who is selling/buying a property. I was very happy with the way Stuart communicated with us and always kept us up to date with the progress on the property. I have market less than perfect on the negotiation rating which is not really Stuart's fault as our property was on a very steep block which would not have appealed to most people.
