Yes the sale was quick, given the market, though the sales price was well negotiated and satisfactory. I have to admit it felt like a bit of a gamble going with One Percent. I doubted that the service I’d get for the commission would be on par with the much higher rates of other agents I contacted. But when Stuart attended for our appraisal and conversation about his services and methods he said all the same things as everyone else except that he valued and would market my property at a price much higher. And the gamble paid off. I got amazing service from Stuart and his team and sold for more than we listed within a couple of weeks. If you’re worried about what you’ll get for the much lower fees, don’t be!!!

Once again over all good, but lacked in areas promised as in, no Facebook/social media as promised and would have thought this would had been a give me especially with the open houses and general marketing, so bit disappointed there, in saying that not saying it wasn’t there but if if was, it was not noticed by myself, family or friends
