Stuart Grayer has a nice telephone manner but our one criticism is that he never gets back to you when he says he will. We were left hanging everytime. As Vendors it is good to get regular feedback and that is something Stuart appears to not be very good at doing. As a vendor being kept in the loop is very important. It builds trust that they are doing their best for you as the agent. The staff of One Percent were all lovely and helpful.

Thanks to the professional marketing of my house, we had a contract after the first "open House". Stuart and I had a meeting to discuss the best way to market this unique property, I took his advise and it turned out he was right on the ball. It was advertised properly, we took the effort to get a professional photographer in and a large bill board made up for outside the property. His staff were great, Stuart is a very busy guy, so he needs a good team behind him. A big shout out to Roxanne for backing up the boss and achieving a contract which turned out to be well over asking price. Sure, we had some hoops to jump through, but Roxanne and Jessica did their utmost to smooth out the bumps. A great job team, and yes... you will be my first call if ever I need you again. Great Job.!
