Exceptional

Stuart was the selling agent on a property we recently purchased in Waverton, and we’d also crossed paths with him a couple of times previously at other property inspections. On both counts, he’s genuinely one of the best real estate agents you could hope to work with. Agents can sometimes get a negative rap, but Stuart is proof of what the profession looks like when it’s done right. He’s a true gentleman — upfront, honest, deliberate, warm and welcoming, and genuinely transparent throughout. He clearly acted in his clients’ best interests, but that never got in the way of him working constructively with us and engaging really effectively with our buyer’s agent. He’s well established in the local area, and everyone I spoke to about him mentioned the same thing: his integrity. That was exactly my experience too — along with excellent communication and a real sense of care in every interaction. He’s unassuming, softly spoken, always immaculately presented, and always happy to go the extra mile, whether that meant meeting on-site or just having an open conversation. He can disagree respectfully and still represent his clients’ position well. I can absolutely see why sellers trust Stuart with their property. Based on the experience we had buying through him, I’ve no doubt vendors get the same level of service. Nothing but positive things to say — and I’d happily work with him again.
