Stu represented an off-market investment property we were interested in purchasing. Although it was a lengthy process due to challenges with the vendor and terminating an existing lease, Stu provided expert counsel on how to best handle the situation. Stu absolutely went above and beyond his role as an agent and even stepped up to liaise directly with the lessor of the property to help negotiate the termination existing lease (not his responsibility at all).
