I wish I could say this was a great experience but that would be lying. We purchased this property At first the agent did not seem knowledgeable and got worst from then on. We went for our final inspection and found that the ducted heating and oven did not work and the response was well I don’t no did You try it before you put in a offer? The property had a lot of rubbish so we asked for another inspection the morning of settlement and to check the person living at the premises had vacated which was agreed too, then 10 min prior to inspection I was contacted telling me I could not inspect, that it was unlawful. I definitely would not recommend this agent .
