Greetings! what i liked about Sue was that she wasnt pushy as i experienced unethical agent harassment in Beachmere. Sue was prompt in answering our queries. I apreciated that she saw the sale through right to the end...meeting us at the house and handing over not only the keys but that personal touch of a basket of goodies for us. This made the sale extra special. I recommend that all managers and agents implement her thoughtful lead. From the buyers perspective.. that hand over "ceremony" of the keys and well wishing before takeover of the property...was far better than.."collect the keys at the office" or "drop the keys in the letter box" ...after all its a major purchase that deserves that extra thoughtful closure. Sue took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to achieve with the sale of our property, and came up with a realistic strategy to suit. She was proactive and went above and beyond to present the property as well as possible.
