I met Sue at an open for one of her other properties, she was very open, honest and extremely friendly - all in all a lovely lady. I could tell right from the word go that she was very passionate about what she does, rather than just out to make a quick buck selling properties. When it came to looking at this property, we booked a private inspection. There was no pushiness, following around etc that I have experienced with multiple other agents - there was no sense of being rushed or anything like that, even though we were at the home for well over an hour and a half. When it came time to negotiating the price, she was extremely transparent and took my situation into account when negotiating with the sellers. Unfortunately the initial contract I had on this property fell over due to buyers of my home terminating the contract. Sue and I kept in touch, with her keeping me up to speed on what was happening with the property, me being hopeful of being able to find another buyer for my home and put another contract on this property. Thankfully everything aligned and Sue worked very hard to put a second contract together on this home, with everything sailing smoothly this time around. I am over the moon with my experience as a buyer with Sue, I won't have any hesitation in contacting her if I end up selling in years to come and would strongly recommend her to anybody buying or selling.
