Sue is extremely professional, & very easy to get along with. We felt comfortable with her from the start, & she has felt more like a friend than an Agent. Sue gave us ample time & space (not hanging over us like some Agents do) to view the property we were interested in, and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Due to our shift work commitments, we couldn't attend the open house time, but that didn't stop Sue. She very kindly made a special trip out on 2 occasions. Once so I could view the property, & then again so my husband could come with me. We are now coming close to settlement time, so it's all very exciting. Any questions we have had about the property have been responded to very promptly, & she has shown the utmost care for us as buyers. Sue, I am amazed at the outcome that was achieved as a team. Personally I had massive difficulties gaining finance within the time frame primarily due to my 'senior mature' years plus difficult financial structures. It's not surprising therefore the sellers were way over it and wanted out many times however it was your ability to communicate that held all the ragged pieces together in the end.
