All possible marketing strategies were discussed, agreed and then implemented in the agreed manor and sequence. Arising from this, the purchaser appeared and following a short period of negotiation, the sale price was agreed, a deposit was received and contracts were exchange. This all occurred in a relatively short period of time, during which we were kept fully informed of all aspects.
