2 real estate agents in Rawdon Island, NSW, 2446

We recently purchased a home through Martin Newell at Percival property, and we couldn’t be more happier with the experience. Martin helped make the whole process seamless with all the skills a realestate agent has from many years of experience. Martin has exceptional communication skills and a willingness to help in our situation to complete our purchase. This is our forever home and we are so grateful for his assistance.

Martin has been around the area for a long time and understands the local rural market. He has a good negotiating style and a friendly disposition. Someone told me he could sell coal to Newcastle. I would be happy to recommend him to any potential seller.

Martin showed us the property we eventually purchased, right from the start it was clear that he loved the area himself and knew it well. We felt that he understood the needs of both the couple selling the house and ours as potential buyers and clearly wanted to make it work for both parties. He showed a thorough knowledge of the property and even took us on a mini bush walk on the associated acreage. He was very gracious about organising a second showing of the property despite a one and a half hour round trip from his base at Port. We made an offer on the spot and had a handshake agreement with the vendors within I swear an hour. He also took the time to arrange a meeting with the current owners for which we are very grateful, as any insights into how to manage the property day to day would be a huge plus.
