I can only thank Sue and Paul in relation to our purchase of a Port Macquarie home earlier this year. Time poor, cash buyers we needed an agent that would take our early interest and offers seriously and act accordingly. Just listed, Sue was prepared to show us the home a few days prior to the first inspection at which time we made an offer on the spot as we liked the house. Sue took the offer to the vendor immediately, and with a sensible approach by all parties, a deal and exchange was made in about a week. From the getgo, Sue put us in touch with a capable building and pest specialist who prepared a comprehensive report in a few days. In contrast, with the prior home we made an offer on the agent very casually enquired if we were serious ??!! Attentive at all hours, courteous, interested, level headed and the best Christmas cake at the end of the year to boot ! Job done !

Sue sold my house in 118 Grant St . If there is one person that you want on your side, it’s Sue . My personal opinion is , you want someone you can trust 100%, someone that you can communicate with, like a friend, a sister a mother. that is Sue . I never knew Sue at all , and now we will be friends for ever . That is who you want to sell your home !! Sue goes far and beyond what she should do and is always asking , “ what can I do to help, is there anything at all I can do “. I can’t praise her enough.

Sue was incredible. She answered every question and query that we had about the property even as far as how it was built and explanations from the architect as to why. She also helped us with excellent advice on moving and settlement dates. Sue made everything possible for us in a very speedy and efficient way. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sue to all our friends and relatives.

If it was not for Sue I would not have bought a house! We spent months searching for properties and the agents in Port Macquarie area were not helpful. They would not call me back, would not show us properties unless it suited their timeframes, would not advise on price guides, sell without us even seeing a property and when we work 6 days a week wouldn't take us out on a Sunday. It was extremely disheartening and stressful. Sue was a breathe of fresh air! She answered our calls, face timed (properties) sent emails and actually responded! She found us the perfect home and arranged a Sunday inspection in which we were there for 2.5hours and she was understanding and lovely the entire time. She arranged pest and building and all correspondence with our owner. She went out of her way in every way possible. She was caring, understanding, compassionate and above all professional. Being an ex real estate agent I know how "the game" works and Sue was the best agent I met or spoke to in the Port Macquarie area. I would highly recommend Sue to sell or buy a property she not only negotiates the best price for her vendor but also is considerate to her buyers. Selling a property can be a very stressful experience and I wasn't looking forward to it. However, what Sue managed to do was amazing. The contract was signed on Friday and the property was sold two days later on Sunday at a very satisfying price. I can't thank you enough Sue!

We had to sell my fathers house in Port Macquarie and I live in Perth so it was a difficult situation with the added problem of covid. Our Agent Sue Jogever was very professional and accomodating in allowing us several viewings of the property we have just purchased. Sue also made us feel that we had known her for a long time and made us feel relaxed with no pressure in making a decision.
