Sue was terrific and not only gave of her time unstintingly but also was patient and understanding of our apprehension of the noise levels from the nearby highway. Coming from a country property (with no neighbours) and with little to no road noise, we were slow to come to the realisation that we were moving into a suburb and into a city.
