Great Agent - Hard worker

Sue is a hard worker. Nice communication skills. She always try to keep and search any possible interest party for your property. build up enough interest parties in the pipeline. create enough opportunities and be able to translate opportunities into actual sales. both Sue and Jared are high standard. As a public practice accountant I declare that all comments and facts that I described blow are true and free of misleading. All my family were very happy and excited on auction day with the process and outcome. This is my first time to sale a property. My family interviewed five different agent, Jared and Sue were the last one is. First of all, I like to call Jared and Sue as my sales consultant. Before we signed executive sales contract, we had long discussions. Instead of continuing to arguing the price, Jared and Sue provided us lots of consulting services. The most important thing is “when” we do it, “what” we should do and “how” we do (achieve) it? Normally the discussion will only cover when and what, but Jared and Sue spend most of their time to represent “How”! In the first meeting with them, they helped us to understand my property not just via price movement and similar selling result. They make us aware my property Strengths, Weaknesses, and demonstrated my properties selling Opportunities and Threats against other properties in the market. Jared and Sue studied my property before our first meeting. Normally, as I mentioned before, agent will bring area report or similar selling results. But Jared and Sue provided me detailed 12 examples (Sold properties) which had similar weakness and threats that they sold in last 6-12 month. They were willing to face challenges and demonstrate how they plan to deal with it.Both Jared and Sue are confident and communicated with us in a very high professional way. Both Jared and Sue are looking at the big picture. Selling my property was not their target, selling my property at the right price and helping buyer to choose the right property is their real concern.Right interpretation is also important. I believe Jared and Sue delivered my property information very sufficiently and accurately to the buyers.Their confidence came from knowing their customers, properties, and market.
