I met Sue when I arrived a little late for an Open house because I'd lost my way there. Instead of being curt or annoyed by this (as many agents can be), Sue was very accommodating and went over and above to give me the space and time look at the property, and to discuss my needs. Indeed, I believe it's this very accommodating, over and beyond approach that encapsulates what Sue brings to the agent to buyer relationship. I have no doubt that she displays the same qualities in her personal life. Sue is also transparent and listens to the buyer's requirements as demonstrated throughout the process. She is also highly proactive and seems to have endless energy levels so despite what looks very much like a frenetic pace, she still manages to keep a smile on her face. Sue appears to value the buyer as much as the vendor, which is critical from my perspective and I would not have stuck with Sue throughout the buying process if I did not believe she had my best interests (and my daughter's) at heart.
