Purchase was smooth till Settlement Date. Sue was the Seller's Agent and we dealt with her PA Victoria most of the time. Both of them were lovely from the start. The only thing that was upsetting for me was our initial 3 offers was rejected by the Seller which was infuriating me and we had to match the asking price of the Seller as like always we gave in to sentiments despite couple of issues that needs to be fixed in the property. Overall, Sue was not pushy and was upfront from the start which is something you don't get from others. Overall experience is satisfactory and good.
