When we decided to sell we "interviewed" agents in the area and we came to the conclusion that Sue had a sound knowledge of acreage and the area. She also was also able to show us that she worked to a plan. Our conclusions proved to be well founded, and she had a good flow of positive prospects. Our acreage is heavily wooded and we knew it would only appeal to a select group. We believe Sue understood this and she targeted those prospects

We met Sue at another open home which we liked but were unable to get interest from the vendor.
