I was referred to Harcourts by a friend who used to work for Harcourts (albeit it in another state). Sue picked up the sale of my investment property. I have been thoroughly impressed and pleased with the efficiency and expedition of Sue's performance on my behalf. Early on I was negotiating with other prospective agents. What impressed me about Sue was that she told me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear. That persuaded me to accept Sue as my agent.
