From the day we passed the Sale of our property over to Sue we felt we were in good hands. In my previous dealings with real estate agents, they come out, tell you that your house is magnificent and worth every cent that you are asking for it. Then, after one open house or two weeks on the market with no responses in the advertised price range, the agent suddenly decides that the house is overpriced for the market and you should drastically reduce the price to sell the home. After signing with several agents, one who did not bring one person through in four months, we found Sue. She did not waste our time by bringing out people who were not looking in our price range (and then the pressure thereafter to reduce the price), but did bring some interested parties through. Sue worked with every buyer advising them of the positives of our property. She was open and honest with us and what I found particularly refreshing was that she stood by her original plan and did not just give up and throw it back at us. She continued to work on selling our home, and in the end we did drop our price somewhat, but within a reasonable amount that we were satisfied with, meeting the market and not just meeting the needs of a greedy real estate agent who was desperate to make a sale. I would recommend Sue to any person wanting to sell their home as I have dealt with many real estate agents over my 25 years of owning homes, and found Sue the most honest and reliable agent who works for the seller!
