Sugath sold our investment property in Mernda, in the lead up to the Melbourne Covid-19 lockdown. This was a challenging time to sell a property but Sugath remained positive at all times, consistently gave us updates, managed trades preparing the house for sale and was always available for a chat. As a first home buyer, I found the whole process of researching the market, making an offer and being declined was quite stressful and exhausting.
