Sugath advised us well on preparing the house for sale and organising tradesmen to clean and paint the property. By the time the property was ready for sale, we were approaching the Christmas break. Although a number of people viewed the property, there was not enough interest to go ahead with the auction. However, he managed to interest a buyer and the property was sold just before Christmas 2019 with settlement set for early February.
