The one good thing I appreciate Sukhvinder is his patience to listen and facts he puts in transparent way which made us easy to buy the property. Waratah Real Estate seems to have good property listed. I wish them good luck for future and will definately recommend my friends and colleagues

We had a great experience dealing with Sukhvinder, he was professional, friendly and communicated really well. We would absolutely use his services again if we have the need

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Sukhvinder and the rest of Waratah RE selling our first family home. He kept us updated throughout the process and and provided us honest and transparent feedback. With the help of Sukhvinder, we managed to sell the house within three weeks of listing. Sukhvinder has a strong referral network with strong potential buyers. We managed to sell our home to an out of session buyer at their first inspection. Strongly recommend and will look to use again for our next transaction.

As a first home buyer, Sukhvinder provided us a lot of information and guidance. He was always available to answer our queries and provided prompt feedback. I would highly recommend Sukhvinder and the team. Couldn’t have done it without them.

Excellent service by Waratah real estate . Quick sale and quick settlement as expected.

It was a great experience with Mr Sukhvinder during our first home buying journey. He was very professional and helped us out with awesome coordination during the final steps and guiding us all the way through. He is well experienced and very professional. We highly recommend him and Waratah real estate for all your real estate needs with high level of trust and services.

We are short of words to express our gratitude towards the values we experienced from Sukhvinder ji. Very kind human being. He was with us throughout the process. He was just a phone call away. We never felt left-out even during this social distancing stressful scenario. He guided us very well and made sure that we feel at ease. Even after settlement of our first house, he was there to help with our small queries. This is something rare which i hardly experienced with other agents. We were actively searching for many years in this market and we have seen many Agents treat themselves as next to God & don't even care about the buyers. But Sukhvinder ji was indeed a rare find, he was very down to earth and simple human being. We wish him Luck for his bright future. Thanks.

we get honest, correct and open advise from Mr Sukhvinder on all transactions we do whether its renting, buying or investing. we will not go anywhere else for our future property needs.
