Great service, kept us in the loop with updates and obtained the best price in the market. Sukhvinder, Barinder and team were very professional and easy to deal with. they had a huge data base of active buyers ready to inspect our property and they attracted huge numbers at our open home, resulting in selling our house promptly.
"I approached Mr. Sukhvinder Thind 10 months back to sell a land in Caddens. I asked him to advertise on Real Estate.com & Domain for which I had agreed to pay cost upfront. Mr Sukhvinder Thind convinced me that its better we don't advertise as it will definitely not fetch the price that I wanted as market was down by 20-30 % than my expectation. He saved me approx $1400/- marketing cost and instead he advertised on his website and started looking for buyers within his data bank. Through this 10 months he gave us the best advise and fetched us good price. Only if I had listened to his advise 6 months back I would have definitely saved 10k because that time I thought we can get better price. I waited for right price but it didn't arrive. In this difficult time of COVID-19 shutdown, he sold the land at our expected price. I am sooooo happy and satisfied with his service, knowledge & guidance that I would recommend him and his company as the best estate agents if anybody wants sale their house or land."

I know Sukhvinder for quite some time as a friend, but never dealt with him professionally. I recently bought this property and was very impressed with Sukhvinder professionalism, market knowledge and communication. He was prompt, to the point and resolved all the concerns I had during the property search and at the time of purchase. I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation.
