Sumit Miglani is the Principal of ACE REAL ESTATE, monitoring the office, sales strategies, and property management routines on a daily basis. Sumit has taken a more hands on approach, working directly with employees and clients on the front line, to ensure the office is running at its full potential. Been thinking about the better change in his career as he loves to deliver a service that people value, he joined Ace Real Estate Pty Ltd June 2008 as Sales Executive. Sumit has several academic credentials in the Real Estate industry, and has since decided to further his experience by becoming part owner in ACE REAL ESTATE. Sumit puts his success down to being involved in an enthusiastic and friendly sales team with a strong office culture. He believes that the path to success in Real Estate includes the ability to negotiate, acting ethically and getting the best possible outcome for vendors. He is a very professional, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. He is emotionally stable and mature. He knows his territory, his products and the value of those products and is very flexible. He is a very good team player and keeps constantly improving the service he provides to his customer. He is always cheerful, friendly and most importantly very professional in all his dealings.
