Susan is a knowledgeable and responsible agent. She understands our concerns from a buyer's perspective, and does her endeavors to provide professional advice and responses to our questions / queries. Even though we texted her at late night, she responded instantly. The vendors had not been diligent to remove the items out of the house and to provide necessary set of keys, etc. at the settlement day, but Susan had done her best to clear the items and arranged for the keys, etc., enabling the settlement to happen as scheduled. She is a diligent and responsible person. We need more "Susan" in the real estate space. We will always remember her smile and patience!
