These trades people carried out repairs in our investment at as great price, quickly and dramatically increased both interest in the property and the price that we we sold. We engaged this agency with the Premier Service package, so we had high expectations for the marketing campaign. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the online and email marketing efforts. In the lead-up to the auction, our property appeared only once—and at the very bottom—in the weekly listing emails we received, despite other similar properties being consistently featured. When we raised this issue, the response provided did not directly address our concerns. It referred to the emails being sent via a platform (Active Pipe) that the sales support team does not manage, suggesting limited control or oversight over how our listing was marketed through that channel. Thankfully, our agent had local connections and secured interest from a buyer in the area, which ultimately led to the sale. Throughout the process, our agent remained accessible and offered valuable advice. While the personal service was appreciated, we expected more from the broader marketing strategy, especially under a premium service.
