Susan was very much in tune with the local market and where my property sat. She recognised what prep on the house would present it at its best. Susan always followed up in a timely manner after home opens, and negotiated very proactively on my behalf. Her assistant Sharon was fabulous pulling everything together and went the extra mile on my behalf, as an interstate vendor.
