Fantastic communication

Susan recently sold my Mum's house and was incredibly understanding towards Mum and the lifestyle change she was making. Susan is friendly and approachable and was always happy to answer calls and respond to our queries. Susan, and her team, communicated with us every step of the way and kept us informed of progress. They made positive suggestions and worked very hard to secure a price and arrangements Mum was quite happy with. It was abundantly clear that Susan was working in Mum's best interests and not just seeking a quick sale. We cannot recommend Susan highly enough - thank you.
