Susan was always prompt in responding either via text, email or phone call. She always answered my call using my name. It was lovely to know she had me as a named contact in her phone. Susan was very warm and easy to connect with. It was easy to see that Susan knew the property she was selling and could answer any questions and queries with informed confidence. It was also fun to hear little 'tid-bits' about the property that only she knew because of her due diligence with the sellers.
