We bought and sold the same gorgeous house from Susan. We intentionally contacted Susan when we were selling 2.5 years after buying because of our experience with her as a real estate agent when purchasing. Susan is equitable to both buyers and sellers, very honest, very pragmatic and extremely personable which makes you want to have her as an agent. When it came to selling the house she gave great advice, listened carefully and found new owners that will love the house as much as we did.
