Throughout the whole process she was always available with advice & always returned our calls promptly. Our home was sold within a day or so of the first home open & Susan's estimate of the price range was right on the money. Susan's honesty & character was further exemplified AFTER settlement, when she rang to tell us that because the amount agreed for advertising hadn't been spent , there was $400 which was going to be returned to us.( Some less well intentioned agents would possibly have just remained silent & kept the unspent funds ) We would unhesitatingly recommend Susan Lam from MiCasa Realty to be involved in the sale of a property.
