There are so many great things with Susan Mills. I absolutely grateful to have her as my real estate agent. Her depth experience, opinion and recommendations were the perfect chemistry in selling my property. She put a lot of extra efforts above my expectation from beginning of the process to the settlement. I had few problems with the property that needed to be rectify before settlement and Susan helped me resolving those problems. Another thing I picked up was Susan really pays attention in details. For example she found few minor defects (such as light scratches on timber floor, bamboo trees reaching to top balcony) and she did not mind fixing them. It has been my privilege to work with you Susan. Looking forward to work with you again in the future.

Susan was very professional and very helpful in her approach. Susan is very knowledgeable and experienced and gave us plenty of great advice to get our property ready for sale and she went above and beyond during the sale / inspection process. I would recommend her services in a heartbeat

Susan definitely knows her stuff. We wish we retained Susan for the whole sale but unfortunately, circumstances out of her control, she needed to take leave. We definitely missed her presence and felt it would have been more seamless if it was possible for her to stay with us. Her honesty and professionalism was why we decided to go with her in the first place. She did not disappoint.

I would highly recommend Susan Mills to anyone looking to sell their home and if I could give Susan 10 stars I would. Her dedication, excellent advice, attentive to every detail, all round helpfulness and breadth of knowledge in real estate, meant that every time I thought I had a problem, Susan would fix it. Her calm demeanour meant nothing was ever an issue for her and she took all the stress of selling away. She was so responsive I honestly felt like I was her only client! Thank you Susan. Your service has been absolutely outstanding.

Susan helped us in purchasing our first home which as anyone will know is confusing, stressful and exciting time. Susan assisted us from how to put an offer right through to the last detail. We've had a great experience with Susan as the agent and can definitely recommend her as an agent that makes things easy for you.

This is the 3rd property Susan & Peter have sold for me and once again I am very happy with the result

Our expectations were exceeded even though they were already high due to experiences shared by others. There is something in the class team that does not exist in other real estates and it goes beyond their passion and personal touch. If you want someone to sell your house like it was their own then Susan is the one for you, not only did we get top dollar we had a great experience doing so.

Susan took all the worries out of the sale of our property. Badly maintained by current tenants and with us living 2,000km away, Susan had organised the place to be looking great within a week and had it sold within days at the price we wanted. Susan proved to be a women of her word and the most hard working selling agent I have ever dealt with, communication through the whole process was excellent. Thanks Susan.

Susan and Peter sold my house in Camp Hill and were such a delight to deal with. They were always available when I needed them and were great at communicating and speaking honestly. I would absolutely have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

The sale of my property coincided with a difficult time in the market, with the Banking Royal commission having a big effect on buyers borrowing capacity and creating a subdued market on the whole. Susan and team colleague Peter Watson showed unflinching positive marketing approaches and strategies along with the ability to create good rapport and open lines of communication with potential buyers. The resulting sale achieved the expected price.

In short - she was fantastic in making a stressful and at times complicated process easier to handle with her quick responses and helping and friendly attitude. She also helped when technically she did not need to, her service was great!

From the moment we started talking to Susan we had confidence that she would deliver the very best value for us.
