I chose Susan Mills based on her internet ratings and on a subsequent discussion with her. Susan displayed a deep knowledge of the particular area, and the protocols involved in selling. Our property was tenanted at the time. Susan talked me through the paperwork, and explained that, in Queensland, landlords cannot have a tenancy cancelled on the basis of a property sale. However, when she found a buyer who required vacant possession, she negotiated with the existing tenants to lease a different property. Additionally, she sought and oversaw some minor repairs necessary after a decade. Susan found a purchaser quickly and we were able to arrange settlement a fortnight early and before Christmas. I found Susan to be an excellent communicator, readily available for phone discussions (both during and after hours), and could be relied upon to return calls, furnish documents and deal with any issues. I recommend Susan for any property dealings in the area, in particular for those who are not able to visit the area.
