Susan knows the Murarrie market really well so we felt confident leaving our property in her hands. She worked quickly and did everything she said she would. Her warm personality and can do attitude made it a pleasure to work with her. Our house sold in one day so we are very happy customers!

Susan was an awesome agent to deal with. On the ball, professional and has great relationships with buyers and sellers. Very happy to recommend and will definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable, attention to detail.

Susan worked very hard to sell my property. Her market knowledge and communication skills got the desired result. She gave good advice and always kept me informed. I’ve bought and sold many properties. Susan is the best.

Susan and Peter were very easy to deal with, they assisted us professionally and efficiently to achieve the best possible outcome. The communication effort is second to none, you won't regret dealing with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

We highly recommend ‘Susan and Peter’. They were wonderful agents. Communication was their strength. Susan was very energetic in giving us ideas to prepare our property. Knowledge of the market helped them guide us to a sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to go with ‘Class’ in the future. They certainly had our best interests at heart.

Both Susan Mills and Peter Watson from Class Real Estate Bulimba provided exceptional professional service when my husband and I recently sold the family home and downsized to a townhouse. They provided great advice and promptly responded to all our enquiries. As a result we went through the process of selling and purchasing in a very timely manner and with no stress. We would thoroughly recommend both agents without hesitation.

Very professional and easy to coordinate with. Was very helpful throughout the process. Thanks Susan!

We highly recommend Susan and Peter for their professionalism and assistance resulting in a quick sale for a good price. Susan offered positive suggestions to better present the property and was always on time for appointments. Susan did an excellent job as we sold our property within 3 weeks with 18 groups through on our first open home. Peter and Susan's communication skills are exceptional and they work well together as a team to achieve an excellent result.

Susan is a professional in her field. Although we had few issues on our journey, she was always there for us and supported us through the whole process. It was a pleasure to be working with her and we really appreciate that she shared her knowledge with us. She not only has a broad experience, but also is a kind person who only wants the best for everyone involved.

VERY GOOD SHE EXPLAINED WELL

As an interstate seller for an investment property , I interviewed 3 of the top real estate agent for Murarrie . Susan's warmth , communication style and thorough knowledge of the suburb persuaded me. Susan was my eyes for what maintenance needed to occur and had to juggle this "project management " with tradesman with a tenanted property . She also was able to personally style the property to meet the high end market . A buyer was found at the first open house with a record price fo the size of the block .. all with tenants in place . Thoroughly the highest recommendation for Susan and the team at Class real estate
