Susan stepped in at the final stages of my house settlement as Peter was going on holidays. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Susan answered all my questions promptly, spoke with the sellers on my behalf and arranged a final inspection with the sellers so they could show me how to operate things around the house. Although the settlement was delayed by an hour, Susan was patient, understanding and was happy to wait at the house with me until the settlement occurred, with a bottle of Moet Chandon in hand!!. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with and so easy to talk to. Susan worked hard to sell our home starting before it went to market by not only providing styling advice but actually styling our home for the photos and each open house. Susan also supplied many decorative touches including throws, pillows, rugs to just name a few. I feel that Susan's attention to detail made ouŕ home look warm and inviting (we even briefly considered not selling because it looked so good) and as a result we got great turn outs for each open house. Susan also worked hard in finding buyers to take through on private insepctions so we knew she was working quickly to find the right buyer. With Susan's expert negotiation skills I was able to access the property multiple times before purchase, enabling me to obtain quotes from builders and painters, so we could hit the ground running with our renovations after the date of sale. No easy feat as the home owner was residing in the property, and access had to be negotiated around the schedule of multiple groups (sellers, tradesmen, buyers etc.). Whilst under contract, Susan was a great design sounding board, being genuinely was interested in the proposed renovations, colour palette, furniture and flooring. and was valuable providing recommendations for local tradespeople. At the point of sale Susan had a unique personal touch, gifting us with some homemade granite spray. A lovely housewarming gift. Since purchase, Susan has kept touch to see if we've been happy with the purchase, and how our renovations have progressed. It is refreshing to have such a positive house buying experience. We don’t intend to purchase again in the near future, but when we do, Susan and Class will be our first point of call.
