Their local area knowledge was very helpful in determining the marketing of our property and the likely buyers we'd target. They worked directly with our tenants (and our OnSite Mgr) to ensure open houses would be held without too much interruption to them. We were happy with the contract offered and accepted. I stumbled upon Susan quite by accident. Ever since our first conversation I felt that I could trust her, she was very kind, very genuine and she made me feel very comfortable and not at all rushed to sell my house, I don't often trust very easily so this was a big deal for me!! Stress is what comes invetibly when you sell your house, but Susan went above and beyond to help set up my house and displayed it with some of her own items and found myself stress free. I trusted her to do open houses and locked up after wards only to find out my house has been sold less than 2 weeks of it being on the market at a record price (way above my asking price)! I was in such disbelief that Susan and Peter had managed to exceed my expectations and beyond. Their service from the beginning was nothing short of amazing. I can't thank both of them enough and I highly recommend them to everyone as they are my no.1 agent! From day dot they are first class and definitely living up to their name.
From the moment we came to view the property Susan and Peter made us feel at home, no pressure, just let us know the facts and let us wander around. We shared our interest in the property fairly quickly and it was good to know that Susan and Peter would ensure if there was any other interest we would be first to know. Nothing was too much trouble during the negotiations, the signing of the contract and the collection of keys at settlement. The bottle of champagne was a lovely touch.
