Susan and her team were outstanding throughout the entire process of managing my property. Susan was incredibly helpful and well-informed, guiding me with clear advice and updates at every stage. She and her team took care of everything, including organizing handyman repairs, gardening, and even smoke alarm fittings, ensuring the property was in top shape with minimal effort on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism made the experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend Susan for anyone looking for reliable and thorough real estate services!

Susan was very calm and determined and she delivered. We started the process of selling our unit a bit unsure of timings and the right next steps but Susan really did lead us to the best outcome we could have hoped for. Very grateful for her knowledge and had work. Thank you!

Susan listened to what my needs were rather than simply pushing to sell to her agenda. Before I signed with her, she was very bullish on the price she could achieve. I was sceptical, but true to her word she achieved what she said she could and in a timeframe that worked well for me.

You wont get a more hard working, friendly and thoughtful team to sell your property. Sue, Stephen and Sebastian (Team Mills at Social Realty) helped us sell our dads home. This was a really emotional time for us and they had approached us with such care and compassion. It was comforting to know the sale was in their care. Sue was our primary contact and she kept us informed every step of the way, working tirelessly at all hours to help get the sale for us. She had extensive knowledge of the market in the area and made the sale a quick and easy process for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Because we had most of the personal contact with Sue, I can say that she was trustworthy, thoughtful and very kind. Thanks for helping us sell our dads property which also happened to be a record breaking price in the area. Your amazing. Thankyou.

Murarrie specialist in getting the best value for her client, very happy

Thanks to Susan and her team at social realty for their service selling my apartment. They helped me iron out a number of issues with my body corporate along the way. Excellent communication throughout and explanation of processes.

Was recommended Susan and her team to work with in selling out apartment and are immensely happy. Got far above what we were expecting for our apartment and am just thrilled. I understand why she was recommended and will be doing the same to my friends if they need a good agent.

Susan and Team Mills were the best agents for my sale I could have chosen. Susan was very attentive and was always there to answer any questions I had and helped me through every process during the sale. She went above and beyond to make sure my property was presented perfectly for its listing and open homes. I had a dream price and settlement terms and Susan achieved every single one of them. I fully recommend Susan Mills and her Team to entrust with the sale of your property.

The Susan Mill real estate team did a great job selling my home. The team, lead by Susan, has fantastic local knowledge of the market. They provided timely and accurate advice regarding the advertising, staging and marketing to maximise my sale price. I highly recommend Susan and her team.

Working with Susan and her team has been exceptionally simple. I was apprehensive about selling and concerned about how much work it was going to be, but Susan and her team worked tirelessly to make it as quick and easy as possible. Along with the simplicity we got an exceptional result that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Susan!

Susan made the whole selling experience more palatable, from beginning and listing, right through to closing. Susan and her fabulous team had the ability to make our townhouse look almost perfect, and the detailed listings were critical to the success as well. Susan was hard working, details oriented and extremely good with people and in many ways was the perfect agent. Susan’s knowledge of the real estate market in Cannon Hill and her exceptional service that she and her team provided were second to none. We are happy to have worked with Susan and truly appreciate her professionalism.

Working with Susan was as absolute delight. Susan not only told us what was required to achieve the maximum price, she then went out and got us the maximum price achievable. Would highly recommend
