From the time I met Susan she was a person I felt connected with me as a seller. I felt that her interaction me me would be the type I would like if I was the buyer coming to inspect the property - easy to get along with and good knowledge of the area. This particular property was a little more tricky compared to most, as the house was still in need of a kitchen, laundry and all internal doors and some external. It was an almost there house - but not quite. Susan managed to get some great interest in on the property and on auction day there were several bidders with 2 pushing the price past our expectation.
