We initially met Susan at an open house. It was a house we werent very keen on. But Susan was very friendly and honest and she gave us information we did not know about all the different areas on the central coast. She kept in touch with us until we finally went to an open house that she was at and we ended up buying that property. She negotiated well. For us as well as for the seller.
