Buying a house is a stressful process. It doesn't matter which suburb you look into, the experience tends to be the same i.e. need to decide and act quickly. I have spoken to Susie the day before and she gave me a lot of her time on the phone as we discussed what we are looking for and our budget. Susie said we should come to the next day viewing as it sounds like a fit. She texted me immediately the details as promised. On the day of viewing, Susie greeted us with a big, welcoming smile. She allowed us to walk around in privacy and when we expressed our love for the property, she advised us on what's needed to secure it. The process of getting it over the line was short but felt like eternity. Susie, however, kept in touch a few times a day and we discussed the current status but also shared lots of laugh which diffused any stress and tension of the process. Susie was a pleasure to deal with. She's great with follow-up and knows her market extremely well. It's no surprise that she's a successful real estate agent!
